Choc chip muffin

Petang ni dah kali ketiga buat this yummy choc chip muffin..
the easiest and yummy recipe i ever found..sama senang jer ngan tepung segera..

ini resepinya..

Choc chip muffin

Bahan-bahan ( 8 biji ) ikut besar acuan muffin anda laah..

1 ¾ cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh bicarbonate of soda
¾ cawan gula perang (resipi asal gula kaster)
¼ cawan serbuk koko
100 gram mentega, dicairkan(saya guna 100g minyak)
1 biji telur
¾ cawan yoghurt plain
½ cawan susu coklat (saya ganti dgn air+1½ sudu besar coffee mate+ 1½ milo)
½ sudu teh esen vanilla
½ cawan coklat cip

Cara-cara

Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180’C.
Ayak tepung, bicarbonate of soda dan serbuk koko bersama dan masukkan gula.

Pukul telur dan esen vanilla, masukkan kesemua bahan cecair kedalam adunan tepung.

Kaup dan pusing satu arah menggunakan garfu sehingga tepung serata bersama adunan yang lain.

Sendukkan adunan kedalam loyang muffin yang telah dilengser.(saya guna bekas muffin yg alum. foil tu x payah lengser dan saya basuh utk guna blk *dasar cheapskate huhuhu)

Bakar selama 20 minit atau sehingga lidi pengguji keluar bersih.

Chronic low milk supply??

fooh..foooh.. lap debu berhabuk bersawang lama x update haha..
Lately, i read some twitter friend tweet about their critical milk supply. It was kinda reminds me back about Adib's brestfeeding journey..pheww!! its sweet and at the same time hard and hurt..

5 years back there's no breastfeeding gadget like today. Back then i used pureen electric breastpump which really irritate my nips, its was sore like hell all the time..phew!! just by reminding that makes me hurt..pernah bleeding until the milk is pink color.. i buang that milk takut adib change to raja bersiong! haha..

Here are the basics of my personal lactogenic diet which comes from the net.. i've compile it since i was pregnant and kept it in my iP notes *which oso full with the recipe haha*
I hope it will help you to figure out what works best for you as you customize your own lactogenic meal plans.

1. Eat oatmeal and oat products- i have it for my breakfast and tea time..being me which full with vit-M, i just mixed it with my hot milo and some raisins..

2. Drink barley-based drinks such as homemade barley water- didnt get any barley yet..

3. Consume plenty of dark green vegetables- i have so much sawi during my confinement.. just add in the porridge.

4. Ensure adequate fluid intake each day (100+ ounces is helpful for some mothers). Although some mothers find that drinking too much water can decrease their supply, I found that I needed about 120 ounces per day to produce milk.

5. Drink lactogenic teas- some says green tea but i didn't drink any since i want to avoid caffein..

6. Eat plenty of protein and good fats- i just take milk and chicken.. hurrm cheese sometimes..and oso tuna spread on the bread..
